Cancellation policy

Cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the property booked, the selected rate, the season, the length of stay and the booking channel used.

The applicable cancellation policy is always the one displayed during the booking process and confirmed in the booking confirmation.

For direct bookings through Santa Angela Residences, any cancellation deadlines, refund conditions, prepayment requirements or non-refundable amounts will be clearly indicated before the reservation is confirmed.

In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the full amount or part of the reservation may be non-refundable, according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking.

For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo or other online travel agencies, the cancellation, payment and refund conditions of the relevant platform will apply.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy and, where possible, using the original payment method.
